One of my favourite parts of spending any amount of time out of the house is making time for coffee. I love gossiping with whoever I happen to be with, or doing a bit of writing if I’m alone. Obviously being a mother there is more often than not a child or five with me too!
I was scrolling through my Dropbox folder this evening looking for this particular photo:
This was O enjoying his first ever Costa Soy baby-chocochino. I love how he looks so grown up yet the teeny tiny cup is almost as big as his face!
You can’t actually see it, but the little finger on his right hand is sticking up, it was so sweet 🙂
Now this is one of the very first photo’s in my dropbox folder, and it dates all the way back to December 2010:
It was taken at our favourite coffee shop in our nearest town called Aromas. Look how little they all were! Back before hormones had reared their ugly heads and could usually be persuaded to do anything for me with just a kiss as payment.
As usual, there was hot chocolates all round for the kids and a Hazelnut Latte for Mami. I don’t usually have milk or any sweetness added to my tea or coffee but there are certain ones I make an exception for.
This particular Latte is absolutely divine. I don’t stir it and drink the strong coffee sitting at the top, which most places fail to keep in a separate layer. Then I drink the hazelnut flavoured hot milk at the bottom. Yum!
Do you always make time for coffee (or your beverage of choice) when your out shopping or when you are out for hours at a time?
I am linking this up to a brand new linky that has been started by the lovely Heledd from Running in Lavender. It is called “My Captured Moment” and is the best place to add all of those photo’s that have captured the little moments in life. It will be open every Thursday.
